Following its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival last year, the 32-meter Mangusta 104 REV remains a highly sought-after superyacht, with more than five vessels sold. The latest interpretation of the popular model from Mangusta’s maxi-open range, the Mangusta 104 REV, successfully builds on the framework of her predecessors.
Built in Italy by the Overmarine Group-owned brand, her slender, curved lines and dynamic design is the work of renowned designer Igor Lobanov. Looking to the automotive industry and supercars for inspiration, he blended the shipyard’s design DNA while maintaining key lines and proportions. The exterior design is both new for Mangusta, yet retains the yard’s unmistakable essence, featuring an elongated, slender, sporty profile with a low-slung superstructure with raked glass panels. Her light and airy interior design, the work of Igor’s wife, a leading designer and architect, matches her exterior while creating a fresh, welcoming, luxurious atmosphere onboard. Focusing on enhancing the connection between her interior and exterior, floor-to-ceiling windows in her main salon flood the social area with plenty of natural light. The doors between the aft deck and main salon can be opened all the way to create a single-level open space for dining, lounging and entertaining indoors and out. Forward on the main deck, another lounge space with a curved couch, adjustable tables and sunpads provide another space for relaxing, which can also be shaded if needed. Designed for cruising through the Mediterranean or Caribbean, her design fully uses her outdoor spaces. Her well-integrated sundeck is another great space for entertaining as it features a large couch and a built-in outside galley unit that can feature a grill, sink, fridge, or bar, depending on her owners’ wishes. The helm station on the sundeck offers stunning views while letting her owners drive her out to the next adventure. The Mangusta 104 REV can also be driven from her main wheelhouse, located on the main deck offering endless options for fun.
The lower deck is dedicated to guest and crew accommodations. Able to accommodate up to ten overnights across four stunningly appointed staterooms, this includes the full-beam owner’s stateroom amidships with a luxurious ensuite bathroom. A VIP ensuite stateroom is located forward, with additional guest accommodation encompassing a double and twin ensuite stateroom with a Pullman. The use of premium yet natural materials throughout creates a sense of harmony and peace. Crew accommodation for four is spread across two cabins between the owners’ stateroom and the engine room, with separate access via a dedicated staircase and a hidden galley. Other key features include a large swim platform at her transom that can fold out to provide more space to enjoy the open waters. Her garage is hidden behind the stylish aft door and can house a tender of up to 5-metres and three jet skis.
Powered by twin MTU 16V2000M96L engines, she has a top speed of 35 knots, with a range of 370 nautical miles at a 25-knot cruising speed.
